GetSolar Professional
GetSolar Professional is software for simulating and calculating solar thermal systems. It enables free solar simulations as well as yield calculations for energy certificates according to GEG. Sun position, instantaneous power and stagnation temperature of collectors can be determined precisely. Through various system schemes, domestic hot water and heating systems including sub-variants can be simulated quickly. An integrated design assistant and a dynamic storage model with variable size and location support optimal planning. Storage insulation, heat exchangers and heat generators are individually configurable. The software takes circulation heat losses into account and creates eco-balances for energy and CO2 savings. GetSolar is also suitable for sizing large thermal solar systems, such as in hotels, sports facilities or swimming pools. The yield simulation can be carried out with free boundary conditions or according to DIN V 18599.
